This role supports the Jobactive program.Your responsibilities will include source, coordinate and administer Work for the Dole activities by providing excellent customer service to achieve set KPIs within the given timeframe.  This role will see you build a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders such as job seekers, Work for Dole Advisor, team and hosts to plan and implement activities to meet contractual requirements.Please note that some travelling within the Central Coast region may be required as part of this role.Success in this role will come from your ability to be self-motivated and well-organised, as we all meeting the following essential criteria:Experience in Employment Services, Jobactive preferred a working knowledge of Federal Government Employment Services and associated programs;Knowledge of WHS legislation;Proven track record in meeting/exceeding performance targets [KPIs];Strong administrative experience with computer literacy and attention to detail;Demonstrated sales, negotiation, inter-personal, stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to adapt to a variety of participant and workplace situations;Ability to deliver a positive customer experience;Drivers licence (minimum P2);Comprehensively insured vehicle;Ability to undergo satisfactory Working With Children and Police Checks.Values and Standards that align with Ability Options Values and Mission.Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per NSW health ordersWhy Work for Us?When you join Ability Options you will experience a vibrant, values driven organisation where the people we support are at the centre of everything we do.In return for your skills and experience you will receive:Competitive remuneration package with above award salaryAccess to Fitness passport gym membershipFlexible work arrangement incl.
