The two year program focuses on building vocational goals, life skills and sourcing real-life work experience opportunities. Classroom-based workshops allow participants to learn practical and soft skills for work in a group setting.As a Transition to Work Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating learning support in a 'real world' setting that will assist participants to develop the skills needed to secure suitable employment or further education opportunities.
