The successful applicant would have demonstrated work experience in:Challenging BehavioursRestrictive PracticesBehaviour ManagementMental HealthMedication AdministrationAdditional Requirements:Demonstrated experience in working with people with complex, high support needsFull availability for a 24/7 roster & Right to work in AustraliaWillingness to assist with personal careCurrent NSW Drivers Licence (minimum P2)Satisfactory background check, including NDIS Worker Check and/or Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid and CPR Certificate Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (3 doses)Certificate III in Disability Services (desirable)Intermediate computer and digital technology skillsHave personal mobile device that meets our system requirements (i.e. for Apple – iPhone 7 or later; for Android – devices released in the last three years)Please note: This role is on a 24/7 roster, so you will need full availability for days, afternoons, nights, sleepovers and weekends with the potential to work across multiple sites.
