It is a hybrid role, consisting of 50% on roster and 50% off roster duties.Reporting to the Practice Manager, the SSL will coordinate the day-to-day operations to provide a participant experience that enables their desired outcomes to be met. The SSL will support the Practice Manager with coordinating effective and sustainable rostering practices for their teams. Using your exceptional administrative skills, you will ensure all required customer planning and administrative tasks are completed in timely manner in accordance with Ability Options’ policies, processes and NDIS standards. You will take on a leadership role, providing ‘hands on’ support, mentoring and coaching Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Additionally, you will build a collaborative work culture, monitor and respond to Work Health Safety (WHS) needs of the staff members with an emphasis on creating a safe and positive workplace culture.
