This role will recruit and retain team members, creating a constructive and safe working environment to continue delivering best practice quality supports for participants.As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the reputation and sustainability of our services and growing them.The role will be based in Coffs Harbour and some travel within the Mid North Coast region will be required to meet the operational needs.
