We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property/Facilities Coordinator to join our Hunter team!This role is a part time 25 hour per week, 12-month contract with flexibility considered on the days and location the role is carried out.The Role - what we're looking forReporting to the Senior Manager of Property & Assets, this varied role will be responsible for supporting day to day maintenance coordination and administration duties within the Property & Fleet portfolio across the Hunter and Mid North Coast regions. The portfolio contains both residential accommodation and commercial office properties.Key to the success of this position is the development of strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and your strong administration skills.A snapshot of your duties include:Coordination of repairs and maintenance on building and equipment through managing tickets and issuing work orders.
