Post Placement Support (PPS) provides assistance to working clients through regular contact either face to face, over the phone, or online. PPS Consultants will assist clients to remain in employment, find other suitable work or return to their Employment Consultant if the client’s employment end.The right candidates will be highly customer-focused and be able to deliver results, while taking personal responsibility for the quality and achievement of outcomes. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be able to build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Essential Criteria:Working knowledge of The Disability Services Act and Disability Service Standards;Working knowledge of The Federal Government Employment Services and associated programsKnowledge of employment and WHS legislationProven track record in meeting/exceeding performance targets (KPIs)Well-developed administration skills and computer-literacy - CRM/database and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated inter-personal, stakeholder management and communication skills- ability to adapt to a variety of participant and workplace situationsExperience in coaching and training program/workshop delivery and delivering presentationsValid Driver’s Licence (minimum P2)Valid Comprehensive Car Insurance policyValid NDIS Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per NSW health orders Desirable Criteria:Exposure to DES/JSA/JA services or Case ManagementEstablished relationships with local employersAwareness of vocational/non-vocational barriers to employment-associated programs to address barriersRelevant tertiary qualifications - Cert IVKnowledge of the local Labour Market and job opportunities Why work for Ability Options?
