The RoleWe have a full-time opportunity for a motivated Post Placement Support Officer to join us at our offices in the North Sydney region. Post Placement Support (PPS) provides assistance to working clients through regular contact either face to face, over the phone, or online. PPS Consultants will assist clients to remain in employment, find other suitable work or return to their Employment Consultant if the client’s employment end.The right candidate will be highly customer-focused and be able to deliver results, while taking personal responsibility for the quality and achievement of outcomes.
