The RoleAn exciting permanent full-time opportunity has arisen for a Manager in our Accommodation Services division. You will have the opportunity to expand your existing leadership skills by resourcing and overseeing Team Leaders and Support Workers in accordance with participant needs, budget, relevant legislation, regulations, and codes. This will be throughout community-based settings in Belmont, Newcastle and the Central Coast whilst working in partnership with housing organisations, iCare and NDIS.As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing supports delivered to people living in shared accommodation. You will work with an innovative housing and support model that enables people with complex support needs to live independently in their own home.
