This service focuses on utilising our strong networks and community links to create and develop vocational goals, life skills and source real-life work experience opportunities.As WorkReady service is guided by participants and their individual goals, you will work with participants to develop a personalised plan for each participant that is most beneficial and rewarding for them.A typical day as a WorkReady Consultant may include:Developing a person-centred plan with each participantIdentifying employment and education goalsCoordinating work experience placementsFacilitating individual and group-based training sessionsCoordinating and attending social events and excursionsProactively engaging with employers to secure opportunities for participants This role requires travelling between sites from time to time to support the WorkReady team across NSW.  About You:To be successful as a WorkReady Consultant, prior experience in Employment Services, NDIS, education or youth work is highly desirable (but not essential).
