The RoleThis position is internally known as Mentor- Workforce Australia.This opportunity is available in Northern Sydney location on permanent full-time basis for an individual who is result driven and wants to make a real difference in someone’s life.As a mentor, you will be working with a diverse range of people and employer networks to achieve outcomes through ongoing coaching and support program. Mentor will partner with job seekers to plan, secure and maintain sustainable employment through sourcing and developing enduring employer and other stakeholder relationships that generate employment opportunities.The mentor will conduct initial customer assessment, create detailed action plan and facilitate group learning activities.
