As a leading NDIS provider, we are undergoing rapid growth and as such, we are looking for versatile and skilled Support Workers to partner with people to provide individualised support and assist people with their lifestyle choices.Disability Support Workers have the privilege of working alongside people every day to ensure they are living a full and active life both in the community. As a Support Worker you will provide direct support to participants in accordance to their individualised care plans.You will effectively contribute to the development and implementation of practical strategies to support individual outcomes and works towards achieving their goals and dreams. You will ensure that they feel valued and that they are capable of achieving amazing things. You see contribution as important, and the conversation about human rights is always on the table. You will maintain confidentiality and respect diversity, participant needs and values. We know you’ll enjoy learning from us, and we’ll learn a lot from you to.  You will be able to assist our people with personal care, transportation and being out in the community.This role will support people with disabilities, as well as their families and carers.
