You will have strong management and organisational skills, responsible for conducting regular inspections, arranging property repairs, maintenance, planned works including capital projects to protect and improve the properties and assets. This role is predominantly based in office (80%) and require some travel to sites for project work (20%). Hours: Permanent Full-time, 38 hours per weekLocation: 1x Sydney, 1x Charlestown and 1x Coffs Harbour NSW  Salary: $77,000 per annum + super and $15,900 in salary packagingReporting to: Manager - Property, Assets and AdministrationResponsibilities (but not limited to):Develop and maintain systems to ensure effective scheduling and management of the repairs and maintenance required on all building, facilities and other assets.Assist operations with planning and actioning of property related items for participants transitions within accommodation properties.Manage building services contracts, lease agreement and assist with fleet-related matters.
