The Role
Base Location: Seven Hills, NSW
Employment: Permanent Full time, 38 hours a week
Renumeration: $65,866 per annum + super + salary packaging
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a WorkReady Consultant on a full-time basis at Seven Hills. As a WorkReady Consultant, you will assist people with a disability to build their capacity and work towards achieving their employment aspirations, such as gaining employment that best suit their skills and interests or undertaking further education. This service focuses on utilising our strong networks and community links to create and develop vocational goals, life skills and source real-life work experience opportunities.
A typical day as a WorkReady Consultant may include:
This role requires travelling between sites from time to time to support the WorkReady team across NSW.
Success in this role will also come from your natural ability to engage with a wide variety of external employers and providers to market your services to secure education and work opportunities for the participants you’re working with.
