You will encourage people to build on their strengths and assist them to achieve their goals.We are currently looking for a number of support workers to join our team that are reliable, flexible and have the availability to work a across a variety of locations in both the 1:1 direct support space in and out of the participants homes including group activities enjoying both indoor and outdoor leisure activities.
