The Role:
This role is internally known as "Workforce Partner".
Base Location: Chatswood, NSW
Employment: Max-Term Full Time (6 months), 38 hours a week
Remuneration: $63,623 per annum + Super + Salary Packaging
This position is internally known as Workforce Partner.
As Workforce Partner, you will be focused on providing ongoing support to customers and employers within the Disability Employment Services (DES) program to ensure sustainable employment and outcomes are realised.
In this role, you will devise interventions and solutions and works with the customers and employers to implement them in the workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience within the Employment Services, Training, Rehabilitation, or Community Services or a similar type sector are highly desirable.
