Essential Criteria

  • Registration or clinical membership with PACFA or ACA
  • Demonstrated experience providing counselling, crisis intervention and critical incident management to individuals experiencing complex barriers to employment, mental health challenges, disability and neurodivergence.
  • Proven ability to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred, strengths-based and solution-focused interventions that support positive outcomes.
