The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role which can be based in our Bella Vista office.Reporting to the Senior Manager – Quality and Compliance, you will support organisation compliance with the regulatory requirements for authorisation, reduction and elimination of regulated restrictive practices in NSW, organisational complaints resolution, and mandatory reporting obligations and assurance activities to regulators.The Quality and Compliance Officer will also support organisational compliance through the preparation and coordination of documentation and other relevant actions to adhere to both internal and partner Compliance Frameworks.In addition, this role will support the business with the utilisation, update and review of Ability Options systems including the Quality Management System and support the organisational development of human rights-based approaches including accessibility, inclusive governance and supported decision making.
