This service focuses on utilising our strong networks and community links to create and develop vocational goals, life skills and source real-life work experience opportunities.As WorkReady service is guided by participants and their individual goals, you will work with participants to develop a personalised plan for each participant that is most beneficial and rewarding for them.A typical day as a WorkReady Consultant may include:Developing a person-centred plan with each participantIdentifying employment and education goalsCoordinating work experience placementsFacilitating individual and group-based training sessionsCoordinating and attending social events and excursionsProactively engaging with employers to secure opportunities for participants2 positions available: 1x Campbelltown & Wollongong and 1x Central Coast,This role requires travelling between sites from time to time to support the WorkReady team across Sydney, Central Coast, Macarthur and Illawara region.  About You:To be successful as a WorkReady Consultant, prior experience in Employment Services, NDIS, education or youth work is highly desirable (but not essential).
