This role plays a critical role in supporting evidence-based decision making, performance analytics and management, business growth and opportunity across the organisation.Your key responsibilities will include:Provide commercial and policy analytical input into business decisions.Undertake financial and commercial assessments for the business.Undertake market analysis of customers, products and industry trends.Prepare specialised reports and presentations to management including routine performance reports and analysisDevelop, and report on service, team and function KPIs and associated dashboards consistent with the organisation’s strategy and Corporate KPIsProvide advice on performance and service improvements required based on analysisSupport Operations and Support functions to develop budgets and financial plans.As a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate a strong business acumen, knowledge and experience in disability and employment services, ability to establish rapport with the relevant internal and external stakeholders and have effective communication and influencing skills at all levels to explain clearly, concisely and provide facts data and recommendations.
