Mid North Coast Disability Services (MNCDS) is a not for profit consortium group which offers flexible and adaptable disability supports for individuals for people with disability and carers in the Mid North Coast area.

Disability Support Workers have the privilege of working alongside people every day to ensure they are living a full and active life both in the community and in their home. As a Disability Support Worker you are keen to ensure people feel listened to, valued and that they are capable of achieving amazing things. You will be able to assist our people with personal care, transportation and being out in the community.

Essential Requirements of the role:
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
- Certificate III in Disability Services (desirable)
- Full availability for a 24/7 roster
- Current NSW Driver Licence (minimum P2)
- Ability to undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check for paid employment (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to perform tasks relating to personal care
- Experience in working with behaviours of concern
- 3 years’ experience working with participants with intellectual disability (desirable)
Please note: This role is on a 24/7 roster, so you will need full availability for days, afternoons, nights and weekends with the potential to work across multiple sites.
