The Role
As a Support Worker within our team, you will be supporting people in fun and social recreational activities and tailored support opportunities that are facilitated by the NBI team. You will encourage people to build on their strengths and assist them to achieve their goals.
We are currently looking for a number of support workers to join our team that are reliable, flexible and have the availability to work a across a variety of locations in both the 1:1 direct support space in and out of the participants homes including group activities enjoying both indoor and outdoor leisure activities.
