The RoleThe CRM Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a new high-profile CRM solution, which will build/refine processes in HR, Rostering and Client Management.This is a key role which involves determining project needs and resources to deliver the technical and functional requirements for the plan, as well as ensuring budget and deadline expectations are met and resources are managed efficiently.This project requires ongoing engagement with Executives, General Managers, Operations managers, and other key stakeholders, as well as managing relationships with external trusted partners involved in delivering CRM to the business. About YouThe successful candidate will be a passionate, hands-on CRM evangelist, a champion for our clients, and capable of effectively promoting the benefits of CRM across the business to deliver a heart and mind-set change.Essential CriteriaProven experience in effectively leading, coaching and mentoring teams;Experienced in the successful implementation of end to end Cloud based CRM, including integration with ERP and other business systems.Formal project management certification preferred and/or demonstrable experience in the responsibility of running multiple overlapping projects.Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders.High level of numeracy and literacy skillsDetail orientated with strong organisational skillsRelevant experience in developing LEAN, robust process maps and delivering new processes within a NFP Disability organisationDesirable CriteriaValid Working With Children CheckKnowledge of Ability Options principles, policies, procedures and practicesRelevant tertiary qualifications Why Work for Us?When you join Ability Options you will experience a vibrant, values driven organisation where the people we support are at the centre of everything we do.In return for your skills and experience you will receive a competitive remuneration package, professional development, access to Fitness passport, a rewards and recognition program and the ability to significantly increase your take home pay with not-for profit salary packaging.
