The Role - what we are looking for
We are currently looking for a Rostering/Labour Resourcing Coordinator to proactively and effectively manage the rostering of our frontline support workforce, ensuring we deliver the highest levels of service on a temporary basses for 8 months.
The role will also ensure the people we support have maximum choice and control over their selection of staff and the type of support that is provided to them, whilst ensuring rosters are cost effective and award-compliant.
Crucial to the success of this role will be your natural ability to build strong, genuine and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, specifically NDIS Participants and Support Workers. Your ability to engage and partner with people will allow you to match participants with supports that best suit their wants and needs.
The successful applicant will possess the following desirable criteria:
- Excellent planning and time management skills - attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Past experience learning and utilising other software packages
- Knowledge of the disability sector an advantage
- Knowledge of modern awards an advantage
Note: This is a full time max term 5 month contract
