Our options give the person with a disability access to different and interesting opportunities and activities throughout the Kempsey Macleay and surrounding areas.You will be committed to seeing people fulfill their potential and will ensure that we can continue to assist all people live their best life possible.The Role - what we are looking forWe are currently looking for a Rostering/Labour Resourcing Coordinator to proactively and effectively manage the rostering of our frontline support workforce, ensuring we deliver the highest levels of service on a temporary basses for 8 months.The role will also ensure the people we support have maximum choice and control over their selection of staff and the type of support that is provided to them, whilst ensuring rosters are cost effective and award-compliant. Crucial to the success of this role will be your natural ability to build strong, genuine and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, specifically NDIS Participants and Support Workers. Your ability to engage and partner with people will allow you to match participants with supports that best suit their wants and needs.The successful applicant will possess the following desirable criteria:Excellent planning and time management skills - attention to detailAbility to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholdersIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsPast experience learning and utilising other software packagesKnowledge of the disability sector an advantageKnowledge of modern awards an advantageNote: This is a full time max term 5 month contract The BenefitsThis is an opportunity to join a team that works to enrich the lives of people living with a disability.
