As a Change Manager, you will be working with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation to prepare for, and manage, the effects of change.Essential Criteria: Proven successful experience in developing and implementing effective change management strategies and initiatives.Experience in the successful implementation of IT transformation projects, in particular, cloud-based CRM systems.Demonstrable experience in projects of this size and scopeExcellent organisational and planning skills, for both projects and personallyAbility to prioritise workload, and to organise time and resources effectivelyGreat communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders.High level of numeracy and literacy skillsDetail-orientated with strong organisational skills.Valid Working With Children and Police Checks.Outcomes focussed, deliver results and take personal responsibility for the quality, achievement of outcomes and timeliness of work.
