You will have the opportunity to be part of an environment that encourages professional and personal growth as well as further training and career development.Your role will be to coordinate and deliver quality participant nursing and support services which promote the improvement in quality of life and fosters independence for people with disability who have a range of functional abilities and complex needs. As an AIN you will, deliver person centered support services consistent with individual needs and day to day activities.You will need to demonstrate initiative, set priorities, work collaboratively and achieve individual and team goals.
